Its definetely red and reflective.

I wrapped pieces of this tape around the small tubes of my luggage racks near the rear of my motorcycle but it seems to want to peel off. It's likely due to the thickness of the tape and therefore it's natural inclination and desire to be on a more flat surface. It seems to be sticking well on other flat surfaces. So I must now ask of you for a woop woop. Please! just one woop woop is sufficient. Thank you in advance for your kind and generous giving of that woop woop.
