Five out of five. I have 4 of them in the RVZ03 case. 3 of which were purchased separately and 1 with NH-L12S. One of them seems to have been filled up. The screw holes were a bit loose and some plastic sheets were missing, but that doesn't affect the correct operation of the fan itself. Below 1000 rpm they are almost silent. Around 1500 rpm is the best value for this fan, it is audible but it lets a lot of air through. The maximum fan speed is 1800 rpm and the noise is clearly audible but not intrusive. I don't know how Noctua did it, but the sound of the airflow is very natural and doesn't irritate my ears. It also moves a huge amount of air into my ITX case.
