I would give Valuetoner 4 stars. The first set of black toner cartridges I received was defective. I posted a review stating this and the company contacted me within a day of posting the review and arranged for a replacement. The second cartridge arrived about a week later. It works, but the print quality of the letters isn't as sharp as previous ink cartridges (still acceptable, but something I noticed). This is to be expected at times due to the nature of recycled cartridges and as this is just an old printer that I use to print personal documents (recipes, web articles etc) it doesn't matter. Pros, great customer service and price. Con you can get bad. Overall, for the price, it's worth a try to see if they work for you. This is an inexpensive way to keep your old printer running. However, note that sometimes you can get a faulty printer due to remanufacturing, but the company supports the product and replaces defective ones.
