I've had it and been using it for about a year.

I've had this for about a year and use it to clean ponds and ponds. Works well, doesn't clog. Very consistent performance and a few minutes of dry running here or there didn't seem to hurt him. I just wish it could flow closer to the ground. It can only go down to a little over an inch, which requires some manual work to remove any remaining debris from the pond.
