I'm a little guy, 5ft 7in and 140lbs. The belt fits perfectly. I got it because of a bad rash from wearing zinc buckle belts. I've used them about 5 times. Yesterday I felt a pop and my pants started to slide down. The tip of the latch broke off about 1/2 inch. Now useless garbage. I had to use the bungee for the rest of the day. For the price they should use better plastic or similar. Garbage. Oh, and my rash was completely gone in about 3 days.
