I did not receive the wire mesh basket with my purchase and would like to receive it as part of the price I paid which includes that part of the item. I tried using two known different paper filters to not only make a big mess, but also lots of coffee grounds in each cup (embarrassment when the guest stopped by for dinner! I think Revain will get it right for a Revain regular .I have an official dinner party in the next 9 days and I will enjoy complimenting your services as I always do with my products.I am preparing to order more but the disappointment will overcome me due to this small inconveniences cause to buy elsewhere.
