Review on Labvida 50Pcs Microscope Specimen Slides In Wooden Storage Box - LVQ091 by Mark Estrada

I don't normally write reviews.The slides came out of their respective slots and upon opening the latch to their container they were found stacked on top of each other. The mounting medium they used either had not set or had melted during transit causing some slides to be stuck to each other. This however is not the issue.While no slides where cracked, many were chipped and I believe the combination of movement during shipment and the stacking of the slides caused these chip to essentially be ground. The result? The finest particles of glass that are not noticeable to touch but also able to be breathed in or accidentally introduced to the eye. PPE is essential if I wanted to go through the effort of salvaging, but many slides seemed unusable.My suggestion if you order is to heed my warning and take caution when unboxing.I returned my set of 50 slides.
