The keyboard has now broken. It was installed correctly and used gently for about 10 days. Now the extension arms have disintegrated and no longer work. Very disappointed.This was my initial review:Please refer to the two photos I've included here. The first one is of two errant screws that were loose in the box with the keyboard tray. Why? What are they to? The second photo shows the COMPLETE DIRECTIONS that came with the keyboard. On the left of that picture there are to black metal pieces and a bag of screws. As you can see from the directions there are NO DIRECTIONS (nor obvious holes to connect the 2 pieces) explaining what to do with the two metal pieces. NOTHING. I've installed the two big clamps that attach to the keyboard and clamped it to my desktop, but there is no information about the two black metal pieces in the photo. I'm disappointed that the manufacturer could not provide a picture and details as to what to do with the two metal parts and screws. Why include them if they are unnecessary?
