Poor customer service
This device was installed in my new camper. Everything seems fine, I haven't used it for over 20 minutes but I'm writing here to warn buyers that the customer service seems to be poor. terrible. I have a simple question about the device but after I left a message to tech support they didn't call me back. I also emailed - no reply. So value for money might be good, but expect to be on your own when purchasing their products.
