Overall the bag works very well and is worth the money. The big downside that makes this whole system a huge hassle is installing the door frame. This is really poorly thought out and implemented. These bags are meant to be moved, but you can work on timing and spatial awareness, but the metal frame (for attaching to a door frame) just doesn't work. Both sides are never clamped directly onto the door frame and this will eventually cause the frame to shift and the bag to move out of sync with you. Saving grace is the hook they give you to put the system where you want.
