I knew I wouldn't buy super expensive gear but I figured it would last more than a day. Between brackets that are too big to hang in my basement, a leaky base, and a strap that wears out in a day, this product is to be avoided. The only good thing is the gloves and they aren't that good.

Cheap and useless POS. Is this a toy for a 5 year old? The bracket for hanging the door is not good. It's about as cheap and poorly designed as it gets. I don't consider it professional quality. You pay about $20 for extra stuff that doesn't work. The bag itself is fine. Everything else is useless garbage. Unacceptable.

The cable broke on a well-adjusted mower. However, I tied 4-5 knots to it to keep it at head and neck level. There is no tension on that line that would prevent the ball from going very far. There is too much slip. To do this, you'll need to add a removable clip for the top, or completely redesign the cable mechanism. But the ball is good, durable. And the gloves that come with the kit have a handle and air holes, which makes them very comfortable. There are no complaints about the base.

These bags are meant to be moved, but you can work on timing and spatial awareness, but the metal frame (for attaching to a door frame) just doesn't work. Decent enough for kids but doesn't last long against an adult who likes to hit him hard every now and then. I have one set for my 12 year old nephew and one for myself. My nephew's is still holding up well, but mine fell apart completely. The kit looks good but turns out to be mostly useless and cheap stuff.
