Bought these to put in one of my 3rd hole piercings which weren't good heal. They have a longer stand to accommodate swelling with a comfortable rounded silicone backing that has a sort of flat surface so it's comfortable to sleep on. Great for sensitive ears, new piercings and even kids who need to sleep with new piercings.
