Very poor adhesion in the craft and handicraft tape

The product description states that it is not very sticky, which is necessary in order not to damage the paper. However, you want the tape to stick to the paper. The tape attached to the corners of the paper to attach it to the board came off after a few days. Tape applied around the edge of the image to define the edges of the image allowed for water color to seep under the edge of the tape within minutes of application. I have experimented with Green Frog Tape under the same conditions and have had satisfactory results.
