After years of cycling and looking at many brands of cycling shorts I have found one that I really like. I am 62 years old, 5'8" and 194 with 19% BF. I am between lg and xl. I ordered the large and they are tight. I mention this because I am chunky and these shorts are absolutely perfect for are me. I dig into the seat and it makes the whole journey easier. I had no idea the right shorts were so important. I don't know if they fit you but for me they did. on the Size listed. Decide if you like them tight or a little looser. The lining felt light until I rode them, they were surprisingly comfortable. the length hits me about 1" above the knee. (Inseam 31"). They slip and fit well.Your mileage may vary.
