perfect for a tea party!

I liked that I could give it any shape. There are laces that can be adjusted according to the size of the head. I felt so chic as we dressed up for our ladies tea party. I didn't do anything to it, I just took it out of my pocket, tightened the laces, turned the hem the way I wanted it, and off I went. I love the casual look and it was cool to wear and not hot. Great buy for me.
