They are larger than the ones I had. I like it! I'll let you know if you're strong or not. I use brown paper bags primarily for microwave popcorn. Another use I use them for is to refrigerate veggies like scallions, mushrooms, fresh cilantro, etc. to keep them from getting soggy.
