The other day I purchased it to replace my iPhone 8 Plus, and I have never once regretted my decision. A lot of people are talking about the display right now; apparently, 326 pixels per inch is not very high. On the other hand, the density of the brand-new iPad Pro is even lower, coming in at only 264, and nobody seems to mind. This is very peculiar. IPS is more of a benefit for me because the screen does not burn out with time, and even at the end of the day, there is not the sensation that one has "sand" in their eyes. The bezels are only one MILLIMETER (!) thicker than they were on the XS, yet they look stunning and symmetrical, lending the phone a sense of robustness (although here the taste and color, as they say). The camera is just outstanding; it is a step up from the same 8 plus, and both the new matrix and Smart HDR perform their functions admirably. In general, I am extremely happy with the device, which is a commendable upgrade from the previous model that did not have very many "pros."
