No local propane hoses worked. I had to purchase a high pressure propane hose with the included gauge and regulator that fitted into the included 3/8 fitting on the stove inlet (it ended up not using the regulator from the kit). I replaced the holes with propane that was in the instructions. However, the knobs did not reduce the propane flames on the lowest setting. I did a lot of reading and looking and found that the knobs have settings for each burner. There is a brass adjustment screw on each burner control that is barely visible once you remove the knobs and silicon pads under the knobs. Check out the slow simmer mode setting of the gas stove. Most videos show the adjustment in the barrel of the pen itself. This is not the case. Instead, they're just above and to the left of the stem - small brass pan head screws under a stainless steel cap that we didn't have to remove. After each burner was adjusted, low settings for propane were fine. Remember that the inlet pressure for propane is 0.4 psi or 2900 pascals. The high pressure hose we have is rated for 0-60! So turn the knob all the way down and then up, barely moving the needle from the zero pin, or maybe not registering at all.
