Not the best, does his job. Sturdy but doesn't cut potatoes as fast as I'd like. I love eating German-style dumplings and pancakes, but I get faster results with an electric food processor. The consistency is precise, unlike a food processor, but manual labor is tedious with large batches — when the whole family comes, it can take hours to grind enough to fill a tabletop bowl. It's just "ok" for small ideal parties, but it takes too long for big guest lists. Maybe look for another brand.
