Mediocre product, maybe because it didn't come with any tips or instructions.
Seems to work a little faster than my usual thawing method, but not much faster. However, it didn't come with any instructions or tips to help you understand the best way to use it. I am currently not inclined to recommend it for purchase as it has not convinced me yet.
