These tubes actually don't have a hard lip balm stick that curls up, but a thick paste balm. One of the tubes is clearly defective as nothing comes out of the tube when twisting the bottom. So I'm still looking for an all natural zinc sunscreen lip balm. Update: I contacted the seller about the defective tube. Excellent customer service was provided. They immediately sent a replacement. I have also used this lip balm while bathing in the Florida midday sun and it has given my lips excellent protection. Changed my rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service and protection the product offers.
