I wish I could give 10 stars for customer service alone. I had some issues with the camera so I contacted the seller. My problems solved. These people really care about their customers. Hard to hear nowadays. By the way, one of my problems was that I always had a hot reverse release wire. I connected the wires to the cigarette lighter with all three power cords on the positive side which caused the camera to not work properly. I disconnected the return wire (green) and it works fine. I just use the Shift key to switch to the rear view only. I installed it with a connector like this so I can move it between vehicles. So, good camera, great picture quality, great seller.
