I bought two of these a few months apart. For the first. Threaded inserts into which the wheels are screwed in at their own angle (no problem). The main problem, however, is that one of the threaded inserts was attached with a messy weld that prevented the roller from being screwed in all the way (1/8" play), resulting in the 4 rollers not being able to touch the ground at the same time. Most likely there are no problems on carpet.But if I ever tried to use this on a hard floor, I would have to use an angle grinder or file to remove the excess weld material.Second.There was a bad weld where the top and bottom parts were fitted together and the height adjusted. the weld was sticking out to a square cross-section so the sections could not be joined. I had to use a hacksaw to remove some of the weld material. There were also no instructions in the box (fortunately there were it's my second one so i just watched the first one to refresh my memory where the screws go). Worst quality control ever! However, I will say that the items are durable. There is enough material available and they are sufficiently designed mechanically.
