Broken on first use - cases, holsters and cases

I received this case/holster for my work phone. The clip came loose from the holster on the first day of use. I thought it was just a unique case so I saved money to replace the holster. Guess what? It also broke on the first day of use. I like the idea/design but it doesn't work. For your information, I'm wearing a suit and tie. It's not like I'm on a construction site or anything. If you really need a belt clip, look elsewhere.

Pros
