I'm not sure why this product has 4.5 stars. I installed it under my kids bunk beds two weekends ago and have had to reinstall it 5 more times since then and now the set screws on the cable stops have snapped off so it's going in the trash. Problems: 1. On initial installation, the turnbuckles that screw into the wall anchors on each end turned when I tried to tighten the opposite end. In other words, if you try to tighten the cable at one end, the other end will unscrew and loosen until it finally breaks completely. I had to tape painter's tape to the threads on one end to keep it from unscrewing. Problem solved but shouldn't have been a problem.2. After fixing issue #1, I quickly found that the included wire retainers weren't strong enough to hold the wire in place. It came with four cable clamps, but the instructions said only two should be used (one on each end). I started with two (one on each end) and the cord popped out when I tried to tighten it. Added one more at each end, two total at each end, and even that wasn't enough to hold the wire. I got out anyway. The instructions say not to overtighten. This is NOT a problem caused by over tightening. I started with the slightly hanging wire and tightened it to the point where the wire was stiff enough to keep the curtains from sliding towards the center. Still popped out.3. Adjusting screws are cleaned. After the fifth install, the set screws began to rub, rendering the whole thing completely unusable.
