I really like some aspects of this but a lot is missing. Different attachments are good for multiple jobs, but the lack of suction makes them useless most of the time. It's light and easy to use, which is good. For my hardwood floors this is better than Swiffer Sweep and Vac. The battery life leaves a lot to be desired. When used on non-woven surfaces, the battery lasts about 45 minutes on a low setting. A low value is not very suitable for carpet, furniture, rugs, or car upholstery, especially if you have pet hair, so you want the highest values. At the maximum setting, this is the case after 5 minutes. 5 minutes is not enough time to really clean anything, so I have to go back to my big vacuum cleaner. If you want a fancy Swiffer that's fine, if you want a multi-surface cleaner that has enough suction power to clean more than hardwood/tile floors this isn't the machine for you. Will be returning this item.
