Bad Design is Good for Power Strips and Surge Protectors

This product has a "neck" that protrudes on the part of the plug that separates it from the wall, causing the entire unit to sag and sometimes the plug pulls out of the wall, and no matter how many times you plug it in, it just sags again (see fig.). This 'neck' is (conveniently) hidden in all photos in the ad, so be careful. .Also, as you can see in the picture, every AC device you plug in makes it a) worse for sagging and b) sticks out a few inches more from the wall and tends to snag on things ( walk by, vacuum cleaner). , Etc.). It's already past the short return window, so I think this $20 paperweight is going in the trash. . What a waste and a pisser. .
