UPDATE: I'm downgrading the stars even more. After the first backpack broke in the first week and blocked the handle in the upper position, the company sent me a new one. It's February and this bag is falling apart inside. It's just not good quality. I have a first grader! Quality aside, the bag closes tightly when he puts down his lunch/Chromebook/agenda/binder. I'm looking for a new bag to replace this one. Due to COVID restrictions my first grader has to keep all school supplies in his backpack, he can't keep anything on his desks at school. So I wanted to give him a nice wheeled bag. He loves the design of this model with TREX! That is beautiful. However, after a week of use, the button on the handle does not fully fold into the pocket. It's practically stuck in the top position. If I take it by hand I can close it but my 6 year old can no longer press the button and lower the handle. That's a big bummer, I expected the button to last much longer than a week.
