I ordered this for my son's tablet, we got it for his birthday. It was a bit tricky to open, but it comes with a tiny tool that looks like a mini hook. Unfortunately, we didn't see this tool until we opened it ourselves because it fell out of the box. There were no instructions so we didn't know about the tiny tool until we found out about it. Once the case was in place, the screen cover snapped open fairly easily. Be sure to remove the thin blue protective film from the inside of the protective sheet before snapping it into place. This is a sturdy case that will hold up very well. On the back of the suitcase there is a handle and a footrest. The footrest is difficult to reach if the handlebar strap is adjusted too tight. The strap on the handle must be lowered, otherwise there will be no space for the footrest. A long shoulder strap is included but my son won't be using it at all so we just hung it on a hook in his room. Overall this is a good solid case and my son loves the grip and stand. I just think instructions should be included.
