Tender and sweet. The pendant is smaller than I thought, but it's my fault for not reading the dimensions. It was well packaged and shipped quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I received it with a knot in the chain. It took me 30 minutes to figure this out because the chain is brittle and now has a kink. All in all, this is a lovely little necklace. My granddaughter liked it.
