This is a beautiful necklace. Downloading was easy. Others have noted that it contains very little ash, but that didn't bother me. You'll need some sort of spoon and either superglue or clear nail polish if you're going to attach the screw after adding the scraps or fur. Otherwise, everything you need is included with the necklace (funnel, mini screwdriver, etc.). It's a good weight and the chain is very comfortable. It was a fond memory of my cute little pet panther.

I was devastated when I lost my 17 year old pet. I couldn't even imagine not having it and now I feel like I'm keeping it to myself. This necklace is discreet and doesn't draw much attention and I love that it comes in a variety of colors to match your sweetheart. I don't like charm, but I don't hate it either. What annoyed me was that only a tiny bit of ash fit into the necklace, and even that was too heavy to insert. I didn't care about the length or style of the chain that came. c, so I bought a longer silver chain separately. Nice necklace but not enough room for fur or ashes. I thought the cat was hollow and the fur could be stuffed into the cat. It should not be listed as a cremation decoration. There's no place for anything. I had a hell of a time to twist a tiny piece of my cat's fur and try to fit it into the hole. I need to buy another, different cremation decoration to match a larger amount of fur. I'm giving four stars because it's beautiful. But don't buy it if you need your pet's fur or ashes.
