It lasts about 3-4 hours and heats up in about 10 seconds! Where the hell were those things years ago when I had to stand at the bus stop!?! I charge it at the same time as my phone every night. Without him I would not have dared to leave the house. NO WASTE OF PRODUCT! I definitely appreciate the bracelet that comes with it. Sometimes I forget he's there and I'm so scared to open my hand to keep from dropping it, then I remember him hanging out there. LoL I literally turn it on before I walk out the door in the morning and it gets hot before I even get in the car. I love this thing!
