I like that there is a lot of flexibility with this service since they can accommodate our needs for specific processes (e.g., PCI DSS). Also, the customer support team has been very responsive to my questions and concerns. Not much - but nothing really stands out as a negative at this point either. As mentioned above, we are looking forward to adding more services/products over time so it would be hard to say what specifically we don't like about the overall product right now. However, if you need a dedicated ISMS vendor that provides all aspects of an effective solution, look no further than PracticalAssurance! The benefits from implementing the solution far outweigh any initial cost associated with purchasing multiple licenses for the various solutions offered. Compliance management and data privacy protection were two of the biggest challenges facing our organization when seeking to implement an integrated platform; however, these problems were eliminated.
