The only problem I had was the mailer, it had bad sticky crap strewn all over it so they could handle it better. But the product works great, you just need to be prepared to apply some clean, dry microfiber cloths to it and also pre-wax the black tortoise shell wax. I have a little left over from my previous kit but it will make your car shine!
