Doubtful filling, unusual pattern changing mechanism.
I have not installed them. The switching mechanism is different as you need to connect the extra wire to positive instead of ground to get a pattern change. Pretty bright. I'm concerned that the seal on the back of the device won't stand up to the weather as it's poor quality at best. The time will show. I will rate higher once I get a chance to install it.
