I am a teacher and I teach students both in person and at home. I want to be able to use my headset so I can hear my students and my students at home can hear me while the students in the classroom can still hear the students at home. I bought this hoping to connect a headset to one (audio in/audio out) and use the other output to connect to an external speaker. However, as soon as I connect an external speaker with a non-mic cable, the headset is muted and my students at home cannot hear a word from me. The seller tried to find a solution for me (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!) but I've since tried something else that worked for me. You definitely need TWO HEADSETS for the audio input to work. But if that's what you're looking for, then this product is for you!
