Great product, read the description carefully! They are designed to use (2) headphones/mic SIMULTANEOUSLY. Not for splitting the 3.5mm 4-wire connector into a microphone and headphone. You are selling a different product. So I ordered these, but they might be useful as well. :)

I tried using this as part of an impromptu Elgato chat link (as they are known not to work) and got much worse results than expected.
