I liked how easy it was to use, its platform seemed very robust for handling all of our needs as we grew over time (customization). My dislike would be with their support team; they were not always there when needed! They also seem slow at responding sometimes or taking too long in response times - which could lead customers away from us if you know what i mean....it's hard finding something bad about prime but yes maybe some features are outdated compared others newer platforms out now? We have solved several problems using this software including managing customer relationships/data & invoicing clients etc.
