I am very satisfied with this product! I used it for my daughter's Halloween costume skirt, but it would be cute as a tutu on its own too! She was complimented all night saying that the petticoat was the best part of the whole costume! It is very small, so finding the right size is not so easy. This petticoat was so perfect because the waist has an adjustable elastic which makes it so easy to adjust to her size now and I will be able to adjust it for her when she grows up. It's also very soft so my daughter was able to wear it. for two Halloween parties and one uncomplaining treat! I definitely recommend this product!
