A rocky start but a responsive seller got it right.

The first laptop the seller sent me (according to Windows) had no battery at all and no webcam shown in the photos in the listing. The second one they sent had a webcam and while it worked fine it had a faulty charger that blew out within a minute of plugging it in. However, the seller was friendly and accommodating and sent a new charger. Now I'm good to go and very happy with the laptop.
