Review on Wireless Charging Auto Clamping Windshield Compatible Car & Vehicle Electronics by Justin Ewing

I like the idea, but the execution isn't very good! It rarely closes automatically and regularly opens unexpectedly. It worked fine for about three or four days, but I had to unplug it for a minute and then when I plugged it back in, it never worked properly again. I had to close it manually and then it randomly opened and let go of the phone while I was driving. Now I have a cracked screen on my new iPhone 11 Pro because it fell out and hit the ground. I should have known before buying that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Lesson learned. The only good thing about it is the suction, which worked very well. So now due to the pandemic I have to wait God knows how long I can replace my broken phone. Thanks for nothing! ****UPDATE**** As you will see in my original review, the company emailed me apologizing that the product is not working. I also received an email saying they would refund the full price or replace the item. Excellent! I asked for a refund as I didn't want to risk another one. They said they would be happy to offer a refund but requested that their review be removed and replaced with a 5 star review. My response was that I would like to add to my review that they did the right thing - after the money was refunded. Their response was that they would only send a refund after I removed my review and replaced it with a 5 star review. The person who sent the email said that if I gave him a 5 star rating, their 'manager' would be more likely to approve a refund. no First refund the money and then I'll change the rating. They then came back and said "Sorry my manager didn't approve your return but we can give you half back if you change your review." I told them the review is still standing and I will write an additional review to reflect the blackmail attempt. I had to replace a new iPhone 11 Pro after this product dropped it unexpectedly and broke it. It was bad enough. The reaction of this dubious company only made things worse! This company not only sells crap, it borders on crime! Needless to say I never heard from them again and that's fine. So buyers beware - this is a company run by hackers producing low quality junk at an inflated price! I'm so pissed off with this company I'm tempted to contact the Better Business Bureau! But I'm pretty sure they (ZeeHoo) wouldn't care.
