Second time we have purchased a product from this company through Revain and each time our product came with parts missing. screws this time. $89 for pure disappointment. My husband will be buying them from our local hardware store today because we plan to pick these up today. I'm sure my parenting friends will agree that a new toddler toy (especially when they see it) should come with all the parts for quick assembly. Not here! I suspect this company just doesn't understand the need for quality control. And yes. Instructions are TERRIBLE. I'm not sure if we're going to save it.
