I use underglazes almost exclusively because I need the control and detail options they offer. Most items are covered with food safe transparent glaze. The consistency of these underglazes is slightly thicker than 2 ounce bottles, which is great as they can be diluted with water meaning they go even further. They are opaque on 3+ coats. like most underglazes. Add a little more water and pour some glue into a needle-tipped bottle (used for quilling) or small brushes to add fine detail. Or pour more than 2 colors into a plastic bag, shake and place your piece on top for a marble effect that will dazzle your fans. My only wish is that the 6th bottle is green instead of orange.
