I can't believe I went without it for so long
This thermometer is so easy to use. My family will be super happy when I stop overcooking their steaks. And my rotisserie chicken won't be dry anymore. My favorite feature of this thermometer is that it is automatic. You open the metal probe and it turns on. After cleaning, close it and it goes off. You don't have to worry about leaving it on and killing batteries. Now I don't worry about overcooking pork enough. Great tool for any kitchen!
