I've never had a product break on the first day of use. Never. However, this setup changed that. I was filming an exp - running and shooting quite a bit so I needed it - but literally in the first hour of use it broke in two! And these are pieces that cannot be put together. He just broke. Also, the screws are not that tight, so the installation itself is not very strong. The arms keep moving. I would still work with it and give it a few more stars but for such poor quality that breaks after an hour it needs less than one star. I was so excited to buy it but I'm so disappointed.
