I purchased this for my office. We were having so many issue with delivery people not knocking on the door and never delivering our packages like they were supposed to. This has changed the game and we have less of that issue now. It was really easy to install. The only thing I don’t like is how slow the app can be. When I get a notification that some rang the bell, it takes the app really long for me to get to the live video where I can see who it is, and talk to them through the bell if need be. I have this issue regardless of if I am on WiFi or not. Other than that, this gets the job done and works for what we need it to do.
