The wings are very cute. I have a 3 year old chihuahua toy, she weighs 3 pounds. The wings need to be adjusted to fit her tiny body. I took their measurements before placing the order and they are still large. Nothing fits her since she is so small. The leash keeps the wings straight. With velcro, I'm afraid she'll break after something, she thinks she's a pit bull, and will pull the tourniquet away from under her wings. They must work in such a way that they function properly for our enjoyment.
