Beware of burrs and sharp edges on stamped steel first! (See image.) So far I like the chair. Feels very durable and fits my tall size (6ft 1250lbs). I highly recommend using a ratchet wrench or battery powered impact tool. There are a few fasteners that will work FOREVER with the included hex wrench. The lumbar and head pillows were crushed during packing but are still functional (I will update my review after several uses). The thread on one of the armrests was injection molded (no problem for me). The armrest of the chair was bent and I had to bend it to fit. Plastic cap fasteners are also a bit short, I had to press hard to tighten the threads. Overall better than I expected. This is by no means a negative review, just sharing some of the things I experienced.
