I am writing this to let other Toyota Tacoma owners know that this product will not fit in their truck. I really, really wanted these to fit, but sadly no. Before buying I asked the seller if they would fit and they told me yes. The quality seems ok and they look good. Here are the problems I encountered. 2017 Tacoma front seats require a one-piece cover due to the seatback/airbag design. These cases consist of 2 parts. The "normal" way to put them on is to thread the straps between the backrest and the bottom of the seat and secure the straps at the bottom with hooks. The seat backs are one piece and you cannot thread the seat belts between the seats. The rear seats are a 60/40 design with lower seats that fold up (for storage). The back covers do not work. Not only because of the liftable underside of the seats, but also because the center seatbelt doesn't have an opening to feed it through, and if the covers were there you wouldn't be able to fold the seatbacks down to access the rear storage areas. you. because you can't reach the "tongues" to release the seats. In addition, the headrest is too small and only covers about 3/4 of the headrest. I could probably get the front seat covers to work, but they would just be tucked between the seat back and the bottom cushion. I believe the design and quality will remain the same over time. I just want them to fit.
