Still 4 stars because one of our hamsters loves to stay there

One of our hamsters loves to stay there forever. She always stores food and sleeps inside, so I have to clean every day. Otherwise hygiene will not be properly maintained. Two main problems: the buckle is too tight (I broke it) and it is difficult to clean due to the bottom design. I recommend pouring sand on the bottom for swimming.
